For tweens & teens, so much is changing on the inside and outside, and we want to help them connect with themselves and others. In the wel•lam teen community, we create a safe, supportive space for girls to learn about their bodies and each other. Using the principals of pilates, barre & yoga they will explore movement and become more comfortable in their own skin. The strength and flexibility they build on their mat increases their confidence and openness off the mat. The girls will share, move, breathe and laugh in our meaningful programs.
