+ WHY ARE WEL•LAM SESSIONS UNIQUE?

Lia offers quality movement and creates a unique wellness program tailored to the goals and needs of the individual and her abundant skill set allows no two sessions to be alike. She utilizes a variety of Pilates equipment and yoga props, tools and techniques to support all walks of life. Clients are exposed to so much more than just Pilates; it’s an integrative experience where they embrace breathwork, meditation, and all types of yoga. + WHO CAN BENEFIT?

Everyone moves. And everyone can learn to move in ways that best suits his or her unique form. The wel•lam approach is holistic— integrative and it requires the human to engage mind, body and soul in order to have a functional— therapeutic—transformative experience.

These practices will benefit you if you are looking to:

+ WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN A WEL•LAM SESSION?

Sessions can include breathwork, pilates, yoga poses, meditation, and great music based on the clients' request(s). Lia prepares each session as a distinct experience where no two sessions are the same based on the client's needs that day and their overall wellness journey.

+ HOW ARE THE CLIENT’S NEEDS CONSIDERED DURING THE SESSION?

Lia consistently checks in with the client and how they feel in their body. She asks for consent with any hands-on assistance, and she always considers a client's history in every practice.

+ WHAT DO I NEED FOR A WEL•LAM SESSION?

Clothing you feel comfortable moving in. No loose or baggy clothing recommended. For in-studio wellness sessions: grip socks, towel and water are needed. Mask is optional. For online sessions: Water to stay hydrated and a mat or carpeted area. Suggested class props can be found in the wellness corner.

+ HOW DO I PURCHASE AND SCHEDULE A PRIVATE SESSION?

+ WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT FOR WEL•LAM?

You must be 18+ to participate in group classes or events and ages 9+ to participate in teen or private movement. Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent sign the Minor Liability waiver.

+ WHAT’S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All sales are final and non-transferrable. Due to the nature of individualized wellness instruction and to avoid losing your session, it is imperative that you provide 48 hours’ notice in order to cancel a scheduled session. This policy gives you an incentive to maintain your commitment to your wel•lam wellness practice.

+ WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE?

Life happens, and sometimes you will be running late. While I do my best to accommodate schedules, any last-minute changes requested less than 24 hours in advance are not guaranteed. If you are running late, we will work within the time frame we have set up in advance.

+ WHAT’S YOUR EXPIRATION POLICY?

All sales are final. All private and semi-private sessions have expiration dates. That information is available to you in your account.
