Hi, I'm Lia.
Founder of wel•lam, Pilates Master Trainer and Yoga Therapist. I have been teaching for 10+ years and describe myself as a lifelong student of the body. With a background in Pilates, Barre and Yoga, I bring a holistic and therapeutic perspective to my teaching. My passion lies in connecting with my students, honoring their individual practice and needs. I specialize in Prenatal & Post Pregnancy, Musculoskeletal Pathologies and have pioneered a series supporting the physical and emotional well-being of Teen Girls.
