Lia’s contemporary and modernized teaching is influenced by her many years of education, including earning her MBA and becoming a Yoga Therapist. She is forever expanding and deepening her knowledge and understanding, to holistically and empathetically serve her clients.

Lia integrates her extensive knowledge—a synthesis of all the trainings she has undergone and her personal experiences with clients—into each session she teaches. Her curiosity and love for her work has led her to complete certifications with a variety of Pilates schools. These certifications allow her to uniquely approach each student and identify the source of a client’s weakness or injury just by watching them move. She meets everyone where they are, carefully crafting a program that works for not only their body but also their mind and soul at that place and time. Lia has additional trainings in CPR, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and assistance in rehabilitation of injuries. She specializes in Pre/Postnatal Pilates & Yoga, Osteoporosis and has pioneered a series supporting the physical and emotional well-being of Teens.
