+ HOW OLD DOES MY TEEN NEED TO BE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM?

This program is for ages 10-15 years old.

+ MY TEEN IS 16 YEARS OLD AND REALLY WANTS TO PARTICIPATE. CAN SHE JOIN?

Yes! Absolutely. Sign her up.

+ WHAT DOES MY TEEN NEED FOR THIS WORKSHOP?

Clothing your teen feels comfortable moving in. A Yoga or Pilates mat and water to stay hydrated. You will receive more information in the registration confirmation email once you sign up.

+ MY TEEN HAS NEVER DONE PILATES OR YOGA BEFORE IS THAT OK?

Of course! This workshop is open level and foundational. I love meeting new faces.

+ MY TEEN HAS A HISTORY OF INJURY, MEDICAL CONDITION OR JUST RE-INTRODUCING MOVEMENT INTO HER LIFE, CAN SHE PARTICIPATE?

Yes, Pilates and Yoga are both incredibly beneficial tools for healing injuries. You and I will speak before the start of the workshop so I am fully aware of your teens situation. I encourage your teen to speak to me before and during the class as well so the correct modifications can be made. For more comprehensive care, I recommend private sessions. You can set up a connection call here to discuss the injury or medical condition further to ensure proper safety and setup for sessions and classes.

+ WHAT HAPPENS IF LIA IS UNABLE TO CONDUCT THE WORKSHOP DUE TO ILLNESS?

Lia will makeup the workshop within a reasonable time frame.
