Girls Ages 10-15
Being a teen can be really stressful. Their years are full of challenging changes, both physically and emotionally. Know that your girl is not alone. Like many others, both tween and teen girls have difficulty dealing with these years.
The practice you circle is an opportunity for the girls to come together in community, create friendships, learn movement and mindfulness practices, and express themselves through journaling.
In this wellness course your teen will go from feeling overwhelmed about self-confidence and belonging to feeling overjoyed, brave, and motivated in cultivating a Pilates practice. Through a supportive community, the strength and flexibility your teen builds on their mat will increase their confidence and openness off their mat.
Topics may include:
→ Move your body, feel it, connect to it.
→ First friend, long friend, true friends.
→ Throw kindness around like confetti.
→ What is self-care anyway?
→ Learn to be GrateFULL (and much more!)

Meet Lia.
Founder of wel•lam, Pilates Master Trainer, and Yoga Therapist. Lia has been teaching for 10+ years and describes herself as a lifelong student of the body. With a background in Pilates, Barre, and Yoga, she brings a holistic and therapeutic perspective to her teaching. Her passion lies in connecting with her students, honoring their individual practice and needs. Lia specializes in Prenatal & Post Pregnancy, Musculoskeletal Pathologies and has pioneered a series supporting the physical and emotional well-being of Teen Girls.
